If you’re seeking a mechanic or collision expert to perform repairs on your car visit www.carma.vip or download the Carma App (coming soon) from the AppStore or Google Play.

You will need to create an account. On the homepage select register and choose the User tab on the register your account page.

Complete your personal information along with the type of service you are looking for, Mechanic or Collision repair, make-model and year of the car that needs servicing, with further options if you wish to provide your cars vin-miles and color.

Choose your password, agree to terms and conditions, private policy and create your account.

Once registered go to your account email, you will receive a welcome of registration success, from there you can log into your account. for further questions reply to www.askcarmateam@gmail.com.

Searching for auto pros! With Carma is easy! We provide two convenient ways getting the service you need instantly.

Option: 1. Make a post! In the Dashboard from your account Post a Job! Choose the title and service your car needs, include Make-Model & Year of vehicle, type of auto-pro, describe car issues, add video and photos while auto-pros message you.

Option: 2. Find a Technician! From your account select the find a technician tab. Choose from auto mechanic or collision repair on the auto professionals page users can search by shop name, search by zip code, filter by service type.

Messages & Notifications: The message and notification icons are located on the top right of the screen inside your account. The number of messages and notifications will be visible to reply in a timely manner.
Inside your account is the dashboard, along with a variety of directories. Below is your name and an edit profile tab, select edit profile, this brings you to account details page, these features allow you to upload your photo, to chat with others upload video and up to 10 photos to record and detail pictures explaining issues to the auto-pro and manage your account details and update any additions or changes to your account. your account will successfully update.

Post a job: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature allows you to describe your car’s Titled problem through Paragraphed text, Video recording, and post up to 10 photo/images detailing all aspects of your car’s overall performance for the auto professional to better understand.

My Projects: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature allows you to review the number of Request from auto-pros, select the red tab under the offer list page will be name of auto-pro, Blue eye next to name allows you to view auto-pro professional details, their Offer amount, number of days for completion, Time/hours performed, message from auto-pro, and an Action option to decide to award the job to the auto pro by selecting the red tab.
The three icons beneath the action index, Blue eye, allows to view your project, Yellow pen pad allows to edit your project, Red trash can allow deletion. If you decide to use these options exercise them before selecting request tab.

Work In Progress: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature stages the progress of the project title, name of auto professional you Assigned to, Date Assigned on, Status of project, and the Action subject, with Mark job as completed this green tab when selected completes job and you can rate auto-pro on the Post a review page.
Once job is complete by auto professional, you will be directed to Post a Review page, allows user to rate the experience with the auto pro through a 5-star rating system includes rating your auto-pro, Clarity in specification, Communication, Payment promptness, Professionalism, Would you hire again.

Completed Projects: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature shows date project Completed on, subject of Project title, auto-pro Assigned to, the completed Status of project, Mechanic or Collision pros reviews comments from customer experience.

Messages: Inside your dashboard’s directory, the message feature allows you to communicate with your auto professional. Your message icon on the top right of the screen will display the number of messages posted from auto-pro’s, select the auto-pro’s name beneath your profile picture for review and reply to messages.

Change Password: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature allows you to reset your password.

Logout: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature allows you to log out of your account and return to the homepage.
