Your personal account features three tool options to connect with customers.

Find work: Inside your account, select the find work tab. On the projects page customers post are available where auto-pros can leave a message and place bid on project.

Search by title: On the projects page choose a title e.g., transmissions. Everything transmissions will appear from car owners seeking transmission servicing, where a variety of messaging features will enable you to connect with customers to plan an appointment.

Find a Technician: Users will utilize this feature to find an auto-pro. Your account information will be available for customers to view your business criteria along with a comprehensive messaging center to communicate appointments, car problems, and pricing.
Messages & Notifications: The message and notification icons are located on the top right of the screen inside your account. The number of messages and notifications will be visible to reply in a timely manner.
Inside your account is the dashboard, along with a variety of directories. Below is your name and an edit profile tab, select edit profile, this brings you to account details page, these features allow you to upload your photo, to chat with others, upload video and up to 10 photos images to showcase your business and manage your account details, and update any additions or changes to your account.
Your account will successfully update. Please include a short biography, number of years in business, trade specialties, and certifications.
My Request: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature shows the subject of the Project Title, the blue eye illustrates the customers information on the Project Details page where auto-pro can leave a Message and place a bid on the job, number of Days and Time worked for completion, Amount charging for job, and Message customer for details while the job is still in Approval Status.
Completed Projects: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature shows the date of Completed Project, the Project Title name of what was fixed, Users Reviews, of ratings and comments, and Action, reviews you posted interaction with customer.
→ When the job is completed and you have provided the review to your customer, you’ll be able to collect the additional details of the customer and the description of the job. This information can be searched under this tab.
Work In Progress: Inside your dashboard’s directory, this feature stages the progress of job you accepted, Project Title details the job, Blue Eye next to title allow to view customers info, review video and photos, and message customer for requirements or expectations. Assigned On project accepted, and Project Status.
Messages: Inside your dashboard’s directory, top right corner in your account are Message and Notification icons. Messages will manage the number of requests from customers, click and customers messages will appear in the communication box for corresponding.Your notifications will detail everything associated with your account, from dates, comments, messages, and ratings.
